Quite a long time since “zombie transe aminases” session. Mostly because of personnal issues, as well as new site design. Hopefully everything is safe for me now. This one start deeply with basic channel style “an area” from Swiss cutting edge label Plak (worth checking their online record here, also their radio session. This new release is to celebrate Ancien Future tenth anniversary, underground parties we made around 95-96 in Paris. Past versus present with this new session. Focus is made on Clever, a brilliant Netlabel & E-Zine dedicated to forward thinking electronic music. Check out all their releases available under Creative Commons licence. Mind centric groove is dedicated to my old friend F, i’m sure first part is your taste! I then dive deeper in my own psychotism. This time favorite goes to Ali Khan included releases. This man knows how to make minimal funk.

“le son de mon sous-sol” 3rd volume, in search of my head bassline. Starts with a quite pichted “September, 10th” extracted from subtle Unit21 “September-October” released on Thinner netlabel. Again i can’t resist to fullfill this new mix with some excellent Minus tracks. Then check out Trapez’ Shane Berry last release, minimal acid bassline with delicious “start with asynth wave” sample. Followed by Rui Da Silva glitchy pumpin sound, the perfect after hour anthem.
Old school Josh Wink ends this set with his great latest appearance on Minus. As i rode somewhere, “In fact, Josh Wink is so old school that he confesses to cooking (”Is cooking not cool?”) and subscribing to National Geographic”. What a nice definition!

Long long time, but worth the wait. “November Cristal palace” is the most dance floor oriented session released on “mon sous-sol”. Just a taste from the party we made celebrating Iguane and Aurélie’ birthday. Been a while since i didn’t mixed at such a party. We drove the dance floor for 24 hours and i just recover… Big big shout to all people that were there. Hope to see you back soon.
